Millicom International Cellular obtains bridge loan facility

Client(s) Millicom International Cellular S.A.

Jones Day advised Millicom International Cellular S.A. in connection with a bridge loan facility with a syndicate of commercial banks. Proceeds of the facility were used to finance the acquisition of the remaining 45% equity interest in Millicom's joint venture businesses in Guatemala.
