ETS participates in MPOWER financing

Jones Day represented Educational Testing Service, the world's largest private nonprofit educational testing and assessment organization, in its participation in a bridge financing of MPOWER Financing, a Public Benefit Corporation whose stated mission is to reduce the financial barriers to international education. The funds will support platform automation and team growth as MPOWER finances thousands of additional international and DACA students at over 350 universities across North America. New York investment management firm Tilden Park Capital Management led the round.
