Clients Pacific Avenue Capital Partners and Highland Avenue Capital Partners

Jones Day represented Pacific Avenue Capital Partners and Highland Avenue Capital Partners in connection with the add-on acquisition and related financing of the assets of Mediclean Linen & Laundry Inc. and 3D Clean, LLC, healthcare linen providers, by portfolio company Emerald Textiles. The financing consisted of term loans.
