Jones Day represented Encore Textile Services, a portfolio company of the Highland Avenue Capital Partners LLC, in connection with the add-on acquisition and related financing of Emerald Textiles LLC, a San Diego-based healthcare linen service provider. The financing consisted of senior and mezzanine loans.
