Jones Day advised a consortium of senior creditors consisting of Belfius Bank SA/NV, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV, De Volksbank N.V. trading as ASN Bank, KBC Bank NV, Société Générale, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on the provision to Belwind NV, an owner and operator of a wind farm that produces and supplies renewable energy, of approximately €400 million in funding for the refinancing of a 165 megawatt operational offshore wind farm located 46 km off the Belgian coast.
