Client(s) Morgan Stanley Capital Partners

Jones Day advised Fisher Container Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP), and MSCP in connection with the acquisition and related financing of a majority interest in Packaging Products Corporation LLC, leader in flexographic printing and converting of flexible films, bags and pouches primarily used for food packaging. The financing consisted of a revolving loan and term loan.
