Client(s) High Road Capital Partners

Jones Day represented High Road Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Storage Battery Systems, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of rechargeable industrial battery solutions and test equipment for motive, stationary and standby power applications, from Supply Chain Equity Partners. The financing consisted of a revolving credit facility and a term loan.
