Jones Day advised Mark Kaufman, the Founder and CEO of Athletico Physical Therapy, in connection with the sale of Athletico to BDT Capital. Prior to the sale, Athletico was controlled by Harvest Partners. Pursuant to the sale, Harvest is exiting the transaction and Mark Kaufman is rolling over a portion of his proceeds.
