Jones Day represented a private equity firm seeking coverage under a representation and warranty insurance policy. This claim arose out of a host of breaches of representations and warranties in the underlying transaction, including misrepresentation of customer relationships, financial statements, capital equipment and capacity. After Jones Day developed and presented a comprehensive coverage and damage analysis, the claim settled without the need for arbitration.
