Client(s) Drive Capital, LLC

Jones Day advised Drive Capital LLC in connection with the formation of venture capital funds, Drive Capital Fund II, L.P. and Drive Capital Fund II (TE), L.P. (collectively the "Fund"). The Fund received in aggregate approximately $300 million in capital commitments from institutional and individual investors. The Fund will invest the capital raised into start-up companies located in the Midwest region of the United States.

Drive Capital LLC is a Columbus, Ohio-based venture capital firm managed by Chris Olsen and Mark Kvamme.
