Jones Day represented Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited, a Guernsey-based infrastructure debt fund, in connection with its £175 million (US$254.5 million) Open Offer, Placing, and Offer for Subscription of C Shares on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, and the creation of a Placing Programme giving authority to allot up to 120 million Ordinary Shares, on a non pre-emptive basis, until 5 May 2017.
