Peterson Partners invests in Brazilian restaurant chain Si Señor

Jones Day represented Peterson Partners in connection with its original investment in, subsequent investments and restructuring of, Si Señor, a Brazilian Tex-Mex restaurant chain with 20 locations across the country. Peterson's investments in Si Señor were made through a FIP, a Brazilian private-equity fund, specially created for purposes of the acquisition and Peterson's subsequent investments.
