Jones Day advised ACI Worldwide, Inc. in the sale of its community financial services business, including its Self-Service Banking, WebFederal On-Line Banking, Advantage, Advantage Bill Pay, and Architect Banking product lines, to Fiserv, Inc. for $200 million.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided intellectual property, antitrust, employee benefits, and tax advice regarding this transaction.
