MGM Innova Capital invests in three renewable energy projects

Jones Day assisted MGM Innova Capital, LLC as investor for three renewable energy projects developed by Energreen, S.A.P.I. de C.V., an electric power producer that captures and uses biogas from certain sanitary landfills. For this transaction, Jones Day performed due diligence for the financed projects, assisted to MGM Innova Capital in the incorporation of a Mexican SPV, and drafted and negotiated an investment agreement, a loan agreement, a trust agreement, and a share pledge agreement.
