Jones Day represented All American Oil and Gas, Inc., a private independent oil and gas exploration and production company, in connection with a $50 million second lien term loan facility to refinance debt and fund reserve development in the Bakersfield, California, Kern River Oil Field. The facility was arranged by AB Private Credit Investors LLC and was provided to oil and gas exploration and production company Kern River Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of All American Oil and Gas, Inc.
