Jones Day represented Oxenwood Real Estate LLP in connection with an investment by FERI IV, a Forum Partners pan-European real estate fund, and additional investment by the founders of Oxenwood which together provided Oxenwood with £25 million (US$37.2 million) of equity investment capital.
