Fluor issues $500 million of 3.500% Senior Notes in public offering

Jones Day represented Fluor Corporation, one of the world's largest engineering, procurement, and construction firms, in connection with its issuance of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.500% Senior Notes due 2024 in a public offering. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. acted as joint book-running managers for this offering along with several senior co-managers and co-managers.
