TriMas acquires Allfast Fastening Systems for $360 million

Client(s) TriMas Corporation

Jones Day advised TriMas Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer of engineered and applied products, in its acquisition of Allfast Fastening Systems, Inc. for approximately $360 million. Upon closure of the transaction, Allfast became part of the Company's Aerospace segment, formerly known as the Aerospace & Defense segment.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided antitrust, tax, and regulatory advice regarding this transaction.
