Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company YourMembership.com, Inc. of the Career Center Business Unit of JobTarget LLC, a provider of online SaaS career job boards software and services for professional and trade associations, as well as specialty publishers. The financing consisted of two amended senior term loan facilities.
