Jones Day advised KeyBank National Association as counsel to acquiror's financial advisor in the $300 million acquisition of Autocam Corporation, a global leader in the engineering, manufacturing, and assembly of highly complex, system critical components for fuel systems, engines and transmissions, power steering and electric motors, by NN, Inc. and related $100 million revolving credit facility provided by KeyBank.
