Jones Day advised MX Investment LLC, a significant shareholder of Minimax Viking GmbH, on Minimax Viking's sale to Intermediate Capital Group and Kirkbi and a reinvestment in the company with the acquirers and management. Minimax, a global leader in fire protection, has 7,000 employees worldwide and had over $1.6 billion of revenue in 2013.
