Jones Day advised The British Land Company PLC, on the sale by way of a share purchase, of Eastgate Shopping Center in the United Kingdom for £86.6 million (US$145.6 million) to Infrared Capital Partners Limited. The 700,000 square foot scheme includes a covered shopping center, an Asda supermarket, a Debenhams department store, two office buildings, and a 696 space multi-story parking garage.
