Jones Day advised International Automotive Components Group, S.A., a leading global supplier of automotive interior components and systems, in connection with its issuance of $300 million in aggregate principal amount of 9.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2018 in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan acted as joint book-running managers.
