Jones Day represented Adams Street Partners in connection with its purchase of $10 million of Series D Preferred Stock in a private placement by Mintigo Ltd., a marketing intelligence platform that leverages big data analytics to continuously search large amounts of data on the web and in social profiles. Co-investors included Sequoia Capital and Giza Venture Capital.
