Riverside acquires Rutland Plastics

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Rutland Plastics, Inc., a provider of premium screen printing inks for the apparel industry and plastisol compounds used in coating, molding, and other applications for automotive and industrial customers, with operations located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Peru, and India. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a term loan and a revolving loan facility with a letter of credit facility, and an unsecured senior subordinated credit facility.
