Jones Day advised LaSalle Investment Management, Inc. in connection with the restructuring of existing mortgage financings granted by Aareal Bank AG to two Italian companies belonging to LaSalle Group, AR.CO. S.r.l. and Immobiliare Italiana S.r.l., and in the granting of a new credit facility to the companies by Aareal Bank AG.
