Wolverine Tube completes sale of technical tube business to Wieland-Werke

Client(s) Wolverine Tube, Inc.

Jones Day represented Wolverine Tube, Inc. in connection with its sale to Wieland-Werke AG of intellectual property relating to its technical tube business, along with the sale by Wolverine of its interests in existing joint ventures with Wieland-Werke AG. Jones Day also assisted with the amendment of Wolverine's senior secured credit facility relating to its sale of certain of its assets.
