Jones Day advised VMware, Inc. in its acquisition of Virsto Software Corporation, a Silicon Valley-based company that develops and markets software that optimizes storage performance and utilization in virtual environments. The acquisition will accelerate VMware's development of storage technologies to improve the efficiency and performance of storage in virtual infrastructure.
