Jones Day advised LondonMetric Property Plc in connection with a £60.5 million (US$91.9 million) acquisition and related financing of Primark Distribution Unit, a warehouse distribution center in Thrapston, Northamptonshire, through a corporate purchase. The financing consisted of a £30 million (US$34.7 million) increase to an existing revolving credit facility arranged by Bank of Scotland plc.
