Client(s) Hansteen Holdings PLC

Jones Day assisted Hansteen Industrial Investments Limited and Hansteen Star Portfolio Limited Partnership with the £56 million (US$89.5 million) acquisition and related financing of a portfolio of 32 industrial properties in the UK from The Industrial Trust. The associated acquisition facilities were provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
