RBS files claim in Sacresa insolvency

Client(s) Royal Bank of Scotland Plc, The

Jones Day represented The Royal Bank of Scotland, Plc in its claim against Sacresa, a Spanish real estate company. RBS was a holder of a €300m claim in the insolvency proceedings of Sacresa who had total debts amounting to €2bn.
