Jones Day advised Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan as underwriters' counsel in connection with the approximately $313 million bond component of the $1.4 billion project to construct a four-lane toll road between the cities of Petersburg and Suffolk, Virginia. This is a public-private partnership transaction between US 460 Mobility Partners (a joint venture between Ferrovial Agroman and American Infrastructure), the Virginia Department of Transportation, and Route 460 Funding Corporation of America, a 63-20 Corporation formed for the transaction.
