Riverside portfolio company acquires Digital University

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company OnCourse Learning of Digital University, Inc., an online bank and credit union regulatory compliance training company. The financing consisted of an amendment and joinder to the credit parties' existing secured credit facility, including a revolving credit facility and a term loan.
