Gasoducto de Morelos obtains $200 million loan from Banamex, Banobras, and ICO

Jones Day provided advice to Gasoducto de Morelos, S.A.P.I. de C.V., a joint venture company of Elecnor S.A. and Enagás S.A., in connection with a $200 million loan provided by Banco Nacional de México, S.A., a subsidiary of Grupo Financiero Banamex; Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos; Sociedad Nacional de Crédito; Institución de Banca de Desarrollo; and el Instituto de Crédito Oficial, acting in the name of the Spanish Government and on behalf of the Spanish State, as financial agent thereof, with resources from the Fund for the Internationalization of Enterprises.
