Jones Day provided advice to Alkhorayef Group, a diversified business with multiple strategic business units including oil & lubricants, machinery systems, contracting services and printing & paper, in connection with the US$20 million issuance of Alpcot Agro shares by Alpcot Agro AB pursuant to the subscription of placing shares following their acquisition of Landkom International plc.
