Jones Day advised Deutsche Telekom AG in connection with the purchase by Deutsche Telekom Venture Funds GmbH of Common Stock in a private placement by 9 Flats GmbH, a German peer-to-peer apartment rental company. Deutsche Telekom Venture Funds GmbH is managed by T-Venture Holding GmbH and both are subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom AG, an integrated telecommunications provider offering its customers around the world a portfolio of services in the areas of telecommunications and information technology and the largest telecommunications company in Europe.
