Jones Day represented Brockway Moran & Partners, Inc. in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company DayMen Group of JOBY, Inc., a California-based manufacturer of iconic photo, mobile, and lighting products. The financing consisted of an increase of the existing senior and mezzanine credit facilities.
