Jones Day advised PageOnce, Inc., a developer of a personal financial management application for smartphones and PCs, in a $15 million private placement. Morgenthaler Ventures was lead investor and existing PageOnce investors, including Pitango Ventures and Chairman of the Board Liron Petrushka, participated.
