SAP acquires software security products and assets from SECUDE

Client(s) SAP AG

Jones Day advised SAP AG in its acquisition of security software, identity, and access management software, as well as relevant assets including development and consulting resources from SECUDE AG. As a result of this transaction, SAP will acquire Secure Login and Enterprise Single Sign-On, and will roll these into its product portfolio.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided labor and employment, and intellectual property advice regarding this transaction.
