Jones Day advised Cathay United Bank, as agent and arranger, in connection with the $527 million leveraged buyout financing provided by both Cathay United Bank and China Development Industrial Bank for the acquisition of Shaw Brothers (Hong Kong) Limited, an investment holding company engaged in the distribution of films and the provision of filming facilities, by Young Lion Acquisition Co. Limited.
