Star Capital acquires pepcom

Jones Day advised the British private equity fund Star Capital Partners Limited in connection with its acquisition of a majority interest in pepcom GmbH, one of the largest broadband cable network operators in Germany, from GMT Communications Partners, Veronis Suhler Stevenson, and several minority shareholders. Part of the portfolio of the regional cable network operators held by pepcom is the majority stake in the Munich-based TV and internet service provider Kabelfernsehen München ServiCenter & Co. KG (KMS).
