Jones Day advised a leading UK managed IT services provider in its successful resolution of an unfair prejudice and employment dispute arising out of a joint venture for the provision of managed services. Jones Day represented companies within the group defending a raft of proceedings issued by shareholding directors following their departure, including an unfair prejudice petition under s994 Companies Act 2006 and proceedings in the Employment Tribunal.
