Riverside portfolio company acquires Lewis Computer Services

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company HEALTHCAREfirst, Inc. of Lewis Computer Services, Inc., a Louisiana-based provider of software and services relating to patient care in the home health care and private duty nursing industries. The financing included a replacement senior secured credit facility and new subordinated secured debt financing.
