Client(s) European manufacturer of glass inspection devices

Jones Day represented a leading French manufacturer of glass inspection devices in inspection proceedings following an ex-parte preliminary injunction. An allegedly patent-infringing machine was inspected by a court-appointed expert during a trade fair. We succeeded in showing non-infringement and claiming reimbursement of lawyers' fees from the Patentee.
