Brush obtains gold and copper consignment facilities

Client(s) Brush Engineered Materials Inc.

Jones Day counseled Brush Engineered Materials, Inc., a global leader in high performance engineered materials, and certain of its subsidiaries, in connection with the negotiation of a $25 million gold consignment facility from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and related $25 million copper consignment facility from CIBC World Markets Inc. In addition, we represented Brush Wellman Inc. in connection with the sale of substantially all of its existing copper inventory and raw materials to CIBC World Markets Inc. for subsequent consignment under the consignment facility.
