Jones Day advised Scarborough Minerals plc in connection with the admission of the entire issued share capital of Mineral Securities Limited on AIM following the acquisition of Scarborough Minerals plc by way of a Scheme of Arrangement under Section 425 Companies Act 1985. Depositary interests representing shares in Mineral Securities Limited are also traded on the Australian securities Exchange. At the time of the listing the market capitalization was £155.7.
