Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of International Junior Golf Tour, Inc., a company that provides junior golfers the opportunity to develop their golf skills, and Education Services, Inc. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility including revolving, Term A and Term B facilities.
