Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Integrated Motion, Inc., a provider of automation products and engineering services. The financing consisted of a secured credit facility, including a term loan facility and a revolving credit facility.
