Client(s) Inflexion Private Equity Limited

Jones Day advised Inflexion Private Equity Limited in connection with its £44 million (US $91 million) management buyout and related financing of Eurotel Holdings Limited, one of the largest independent providers of telephony services to SMEs in the UK. The financing consisted of a £21.5 million debt financing provided by Lloyds TBS Bank Plc.
