Jones Day represented Eldorado Group in connection with the formation of the largest retail consumer electronics joint venture in Russia with PPF Group (PPF), including the acquisition by PPF of a majority stake in the joint venture for $300 million by converting into equity a portion of debt financing previously provided to Eldorado by PPF.
